Maddie is from right here in Illinois! She went to high school in Rockford, IL at Boylan Catholic High School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She joined the Mehta Lab in May of 2024 and primarily work with Dr. Stanley Bram where she contributes to projects focused on directed evolution and antibody engineering. Outside of the lab, Maddie enjoys spending time with her friends, baking, and reading!
